Learning & Development The Company recognises the importance of trainings and organises various training sessions to facilitate safety and skill upgradation. Various trainings undertaken during the reporting year includes familiarisation programme for the Board of Directors, BI concepts, POSH test, ADF Training, Production review meeting, Fire safety & evacuation drill etc. Other trainings include orientation and induction program for new recruits. Safety First Sustainable safe working environment for all employees and sustained ZERO Fatality during FY 22-23. Readers Experience & Satisfaction Dainik Jagran - is recognised as the largest read daily newspaper in India as per IRS 2019 Q4 report. CSR Activities The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company identifies CSR activities to be undertaken by the Company, affecting communities in areas or subject as specified in Schedule VII of the Act and Rules made thereunder, read with the CSR Policy of the Company. The Company's CSR activities are aligned with its Saat Sarokaar.
